Infinity Homes designs with daily life in mind, ensuring every home is as functional as it is beautiful.  

“When I’m designing a house, I like to find out what your lifestyle is,” explains Levi Wanner, owner of Infinity Homes. “For example, I’m an early riser, so I want the sun to come up in my master bedroom. I’d much rather use natural light than turn lights on in the middle of the day.”  

A HOME DESIGNED FOR REAL LIVING

That philosophy comes to life in one of the company’s most recent custom projects: a thoughtfully designed, single-level home that showcases Infinity Homes’ craftsmanship. Set on a generous 14,807-square-foot city lot in Billings’ West End, the home balances everyday functional needs with elevated design features.  

A WELCOMING FIRST IMPRESSION

From the street, the home’s exterior feels both striking and welcoming, with oversized timber trusses framing the front entry and natural stone and siding complementing each other. A low, prairie-style roofline  

“It just gives that Montana feel,” says Levi. “I really wanted it to feel grand when you look at that front entrance.”  

INDOOR COMFORT MEETS OUTDOOR WELLNESS

One standout feature of the home is the four-car, side-load, drive-through garage that opens directly to the backyard. This feature is extremely practical for lawnmowers and other equipment; the versatile space also serves as the perfect workout area to complement the outdoor wellness retreat at the back of the home. Complete with a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge, the impressive 490-square-foot covered patio area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, offering a private retreat for its owners. 

THOUGHTFUL DETAILS THROUGHOUT THE INTERIOR

Inside, this fully custom home features three bedrooms, a dedicated office with built-in shelving, a theater room for movie-lovers and sports fans, and over 3,000 square feet of living space. Natural light plays a major role throughout the home, with large windows and expansive glass doors. Built-in speakers also run throughout the house, including the theater room, office, and even the covered patio, ensuring seamless sound for both daily living and entertaining.  

A KITCHEN DESIGNED TO GATHER

The beautiful kitchen features a large island, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances that make cooking and entertaining a joy. One favorite highlight of the home is the spacious butler’s pantry, complete with a built-in sink. With ample storage and prep space, this pantry is a home cook’s dream.  

FINISHES THAT REFLECT PERSONALITY

The interior finishes showcase a bold yet cohesive aesthetic, evident in the custom tile showers, a black-tile fireplace, and gold statement lighting. “That’s where the personality really comes through,” comments Levi.
